Eileen Kirwan is a creative, dedicated and passionate teacher. She has over 20 years teaching experience working in the early childhood sector. Her work and training have provided her with a vast amount of knowledge and skills. Her training and experience have equipped her with tools and observation skills. To identify the essential teaching supports and structures required for the children in her care. To help her nurture the cognitive development and growth of each child attending the Little Valley preschool. Eileen teaches in a fun, imaginative and exciting way that encourages the children to become effective learners. Her aim is to inspire a thirst for learning with eagerness and enthusiasm. Her approach helps to build the child’s emotional, social, physical and cognitive development. Eileen’s classes are centred around teamwork and inclusiveness. The children learn how to practice and develop their negotiating skills by working with others, through group activities and play. Eileen also works with the child’s parents throughout the year providing them with regular updates on their child’s progress and development.
